Automated archiving of contract-related documents from Subscription Billing in Business Central
The extension "To DocuWare for Subscription Billing" expands the functionality of the established "To DocuWare" connector, enabling automated and audit-proof archiving of documents related to customer and vendor contracts from the Subscription Billing module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into the DocuWare Cloud.
This integration allows all contract documents—such as billing agreements, amendments, or contract confirmations—to be securely archived as PDFs, along with structured index data. Archived documents can be directly accessed from Business Central through document links, maintaining a seamless and secure connection between the two systems.
With this extension, subscription-based financial documents benefit from the same streamlined workflows and compliance-ready storage as other commercial documents. The link also supports approval workflows and enhances transparency for recurring revenue and service contracts.
